In fact, all the infos are laid out with clarity starting from the physiological and psychological benefits of a low carb diet, then detailed steps to prepare yourself for the this new kind of diet (with indications on goal setting, BMI and grocery shopping), a weekly plan to prepare delicious meals and some suggested exercises to go along with it.I was glad to find the number of servings & how to deal with all the changes that hopefully will occur, which I didn't read in other similar guides .
There are some typos and the table of contents is not clickable but, overall, I liked this guide which I will try in my next cutting phase, so to speak.
